CELESTICA COMPLETES REDEMPTION OF ITS 7.625% SENIOR

SUBORDINATED NOTES DUE 2013

 

TORONTO, Canada — Celestica Inc. (NYSE, TSX: CLS), a global leader in the delivery of end-to-end product lifecycle solutions, today announced that it has completed the redemption of its outstanding 7.625% Senior Subordinated Notes due 2013 (the “Notes”).  The company used US$234.5 million from existing cash resources to settle the outstanding Notes with a principal amount of US$223.1 million at a price of 103.813% plus accrued and unpaid interest to the redemption date.
